Central Park Invite 10/5/13

It was a windy day for the Central Park Invite, but still of awesome running. Eduardo Navarro took 3rd in the Soph boys race and Haylee Vanatta took 10th in the girls Soph race. Overall 5 of the runners medalled in the top 35 of their races!!

VVL Meet #1 9/26/13

Our first League meet. It was the "picnic valley course" and the JV boys, Varsity girls, & Varsity boys all did great. Times are improving wih each race and hopefully we can get some All League places this year!

Ganesh High Dual Meet 9/18/13

This was a fun race for the kids. They ran against Ganesha High on their campus. The girls took 1,2,& 3rd place and the boys took 1st and 4th. It was a fun time and a great way to get away from campus for a bit.

Laguna Hills Invite 9/14/13

Tihis invite was a lot of fun and produced many improved times. Eduardo Navarro took 14th and Haylee Vanatta took 16th in their races.

Don Bosco Invite 9/7/13

This was an exciting first race for almost the whole team. The sophomores were unable to run becuase of a heat shutdown of the race. The rest of the team was able to run and succeed in hitting many of their time goals!

For the 2nd league meet it was the "hill course." Some on both  the boys and girls' teams were able to find their stride throughout this course. This was a difficult day of running but was a learning experience for the entire team.

What an exciting race! Boys and girls ran very well! The boys all hit PR's and some of the girls as well. Haylee Vanatta, Diana Favela, and Nayeli Rodriguez made All League and the girls team took 4th in league.

Largest Invite ever!!! The Mt. Sac Invitational was a blast. All the runners did very well! Some hitting new PR's and getting the attention of the Mt. Sac staff :)
